Is Zaadz Dead? (or is it just me?)

Perhaps I'm just a raging narcissist, but is the recent lack of comments experienced by myself and others on our photos and blog posts a sign of slowdown on Zaadz? I sure hope not...

Help

Hi Paul!
I think everyone's over at Julian's blog trying to visualize the damaging intent of New Age affirmations! Check it out.
Or perhaps we're all forming up a mega-long que for a free ride on Obi's new UberCycle.
I wanted to ask you if this job opp interests you or someone you know?

LOL. try participating on pods for a change. the traffic is mostly there. for staters you can try this pod: http://pods.zaadz.com/ii
Heh. I was about to direct you to Julian's blog - and the related discussions on the I-I pod - and to the micro-explosion of comments beneath my own little (heh) posts - but it looks like a few others have beaten me to it.
But poor Paul. I'll try and pay a little more attention to your blog. Didn't mean for you to feel neglected. ;)
hmm.. rehash old I-I wounds, discuss a movie i refuse to watch, or rant about a new motorcycle… i’ll take the bike!
It’s the calm before the storm. Well, in this case.. a good storm, you know.. like snow in the northeast which would brighten Boston up quite a bit.. well, no, it’s even better than that… it’s like a storm of rainbows and blissdrops.
I’m seeing the slowdown all over the place.. I think people get the mid-winter doldrums. Spring is on its way though!!
I don't know if it's zaadz, my computer or the weather, but I'm having trouble with everything I attempt tonight. If this banal comment makes your blog the gods are on your side. peace, maze
maze,
you get a “by” for having to live in buffalo this time of year ;)

jeesh Brian, that was so, um, brokeback! :) the ceiling cats are watching you!
what are you trying to say, dood?!!?
I'm just trying to show some luv to the design genius behind the sexy zaadz icons for our team.
Can't even keep track of how many little kitties *you* have personally ushered into the next realm. If you know what i mean.
thankfully, there's a way to balance the scorecard.
i don't know Brian. sounds like you're the one who's watching me all along. now you're giving me goosebumps :P
i don't even want to guess what you were thinking when you posted that.
but I'm way too busy watching this and this and this to spend time watching you, tough guy.
that's not fair! you've summoned the can-crushin' mama! man, you're dangerous when your inbox is empty. :)
you conceited bastard! dude when we gonna do a karoake night?
Word. Karaoke needs to happen. Saturday (after this one)?
I'm all over it like white on rice.
i prefer brown rice. Will there be brown rice there too? If so, I'm in.
Case, I will not point out how Boulder you are. Ok, maybe I will. Let's see if we can edit your last post to say, “hemp” rice. Have a cute shot of you and JLange if you want, let me know.
(sorry, paul, to be using your blog as a message board. my bad. but now you have 18 comments on the shortest blog entry ever. not too shabby)
This is my first time on Zaadz in over a month. To be honest, I'm not sure exactly what value zaadz is supplying for me. Granted, I don't blog. Granted, I'm now in grad school with my nose in books and stuff, and not running a business yet. AND (most important) I'm not all that interesting. I have 56 friends, 900 or so views, and not much to say about the whole thing- and neither do my “friends.”
I can count its active gifts on one hand:
* Allows me to connect to old Boulder friends (like you)
* Exchanging a few ideas here and there with people outside of where I live
* Refer friends and family to new photos so they have a way to view them
*Pretend other people care to view anything about me
That's about it. Zaadz needs to provide more active value to its users (like Interactive pages with media options, and something else to do other than the human bonding/ forum functions.. I'd be on myspace, but it's a f***ing mess.
Wah, wah, wah, cry me a river Andy…..
Andy,
You are right about the personalization features - I think that is one of the hardest things, though - the interactive and wisdom of the crowds implementations on zaadz are good, however. I get most of my book recommendations and song recommendations from fellow Zaadsters. In fact, look at some of Paul's music, from his profile page - I've been introduced to some cool music, just by checking out Paul's profile.
