UPDATE: Needless to say, I am a little bummed about the name change to “GAIA”. I understand the logic, but still, I miss the ol' “Z” name. :(
I am an American expatriate currently residing in the capital of Germany. A freelance graphic designer by trade, I devote my free time to explorations in a variety of creative media, including music, writing, drawing, painting, stand-up comedy, improv, spoken word, and photography. The Extra Room: A new English-speaking literary journal published in Berlin. I contributed a piece of a writing and advise on design issues.
Tableau Terrible: An intentionally garish, over-designed and politically-incorrect web comic created by yours truly.
Vectorobot: A blog of digital imagery and design experiments by myself, with a focus on Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
GwenBell.com: Icons and character design for my business partner's personal website.
Learn to Duck: Personal blog site of my friend Micah Baldwin. We did the header graphic, complete with Micah punch-out avatar caricature.
VoSnap.com: The internet start-up I helped to launch (I did the art directing) during Startup Weekend.
Expatriette: I did the logo design for this, Gwen Bell's ultra-cool travel blog aimed at young, stylish women.
